The Mercer Cuff Kit pairs rugged Latigo leather exteriors with supple calfskin interiors in a distinctive two-tone design. The padded cuffs adjust to fit wrists up to 9 inches and ankles up to 13 inches in circumference, and D-rings accept the matching leather swivel connectors for flexible configurations.
